Remembering Jules
I want to start this year's Christmas Blog remembering the beautiful Jules, who we very sadly lost on Christmas Day last year. Jules was a very beautiful lady who we all loved and miss greatly.
We had many opportunities on our visits to England and Chris & Jules trips here to spend time with both of them and I will always remember this story in particular.
On my weekly visits to Nana & Pops, we would drive up the driveway and William would point and say "Look Mum, Chris & Jools!" for ages, I had no idea what he was referring to. It then came to light that he was pointing to a set of Cherubs that Mum has sitting in a planter box with some flowers, so I think William has a very strong memory of visiting Nana and Pop on one of Chris & Jules visits and seeing those Cherubs. Cherubs appear in The Garden of Eden and guard the way to the "Tree of Life". I now think of Jules as an angel, and those Cherubs remind William and I of her and the time we spent together and we look forward to seeing Chris here again soon.

The year that was - 2013
William started school this year and has excelled at being a school boy. He love's his teacher - Miss Neville and has learnt to read and write but also how to become a very cheeky 6 year old going on 16!
We also made a quick trip to the UK for Paul's parents 50th Wedding anniversary. We are sorry we were not able to catch up with everyone that we wanted to see. Paul had not been home for 5 years so lots of time was spent with family.
I am about to complete by first year in business and boy what a huge learning curve the last year has been. I am busy helping my clients "sell" and I have lots of plan for next year!
We are heading off to South Australia again this year, camping in two of our favourite areas, Coffin Bay and Memory Cove with some friends from the Range Rover Club and Mark is joining us again for some respite from the cold UK weather!
