William's Trip to England - Part One

After much doubt our flight took off as scheduled on Friday 23rd - William had a great flight, was very well behaved and loved the in-flight entertainment, not to mention the pre-flight entertainment with the Qantas pusher and his Bob the Builder toy.

This is good stuff!
This is great Nana, I can choose between, Bob, Thomas or Fireman Sam and even the Wiggles, all under my control - WOW!

Trains with Pop and Fishing with Daddy

Well it is only a couple of weeks now until William and I along with Nana and Pop head off to England to see everyone. William has been talking with Grandma and Grandpa on Skype - we have to clean our screen from kisses!!!
We spent Easter on Phillip Island and Paul and William caught the most expensive Trout we have ever eaten - entry fee, fish fee and cleaning fee - WOW - but loads of entertainment and excitement for William - I keep telling Paul - it's not about him anymore!!!!

William spent the day with Nana and Pop recently and he had loads of fun playing trains with Pop in the shed - watching Thomas, Annie and Clarabel chuck along the track with squeals of excitement.

William now knows how to climb out of his toddler bed and stands at our bed at 5am saying - Daddy, Daddy!!! Oh No!!! He has been teething again which has meant some sleepless nights but hopefully it won't be long until they are all through.
Dargo was a washout this year - it rained for most of the time we were there and William burnt his hand on the camp toaster - after an hour of crying and "sore Mummy" he calmed down with the help of some panadol and a good sleep, then he was off exploring in the river with Paul. He had second degree burns on his hand but it has all healed up now.

Oh No William - they found us!!

That's really interesting Pop - so how does it work exactly!

Trains with Pop - learning the ropes!

Oh Thomas!

Thanks Pop -that was lots of fun

Quite contemplation - it doesn't last long!!

OHHH - look at me Mummy!
It's my turn for the rod Dad - we all know I can catch better than you!

Finally we caught a fish - the most expensive Trout we have ever eaten - (from the farm of course!)

Out with Daddy and Big John

Aunty Susan gave me the ice cream beater - Yum!

Oh No - Messy Mummy!

Patting the sheep at Churchill Island - across from Phillip Island at Easter

Riding on Dad's shoulders is always fun

Can I stop posing now Mum?

Riding in Muck is always a treat - and often difficult to get William out - usually kicking and screaming!
