A Real Cheeky Monster

William saw the Health Sister yesterday and he now weighs 9.8 kilos. He has started crawling on all fours but still shuffles along on his tummy when he needs to move a bit faster i.e. to get to anywhere before me - like pulling all the paper off the toilet rolls!!!

He wants to stand up all the time and is walking along the couch. His two top teeth have come down in the last couple of weeks so he nows has 4 teeth - 2 top and 2 bottom. The teething is hell - lots of drippling and lots of runny noses - fun when he wipes both over me!!! His hair is getting longer with lovely curls behind both ears - Paul is threathening to cut them off but I won't let him. I combed William's hair last night after his bath and he took the comb off me and combed it himself and I gave him his toothbrush which went straight in his mouth - he laughs when he watches me clean my teeth!
William is becoming a really cheeky boy and is lots of fun to play with - he has a real belly laugh that is infectious. We have been swimming quite a bit as it has been so hot here - and he loves it - he kicks along and squels when he gets into the water - his lessons start in a couple of weeks.

We went to Daniel's 1st birthday party at Jells Park last Saturday and William got filthy playing in the dirt, here are a few photos. You can't see the dirt much but trust me it was there - all over his hands, knees and face. William got to the park on the park on the back of Paul's bike - the second time he has been out - he crys a bit at first until he gets used to it again and the first time even went to sleep!

William still loves his food and is getting better at feeding himself toast and sandwiches from his Bob The Builder plate.
